philosophyA Place for Grace emphasizes a balance of the spiritual and practical to prepare children to adapt to wholesome family living. This balance will enable the child to assume their role in the family, in friendships, as well as in society as a Christian citizen. We believe that with a strong spiritual background and the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, the child will be given the opportunity to succeed in daily activities and develop traits necessary for advancement in life.

1.    Children will learn respect for God, themselves, for members of their family and others around them.
2. Children will have a place of refuge, with caring people around them, where they can share both fears and accomplishments.
3.    Children will learn to shape their personality which will enable them to cope with day to day living and their surroundings.
4.    Children will develop leadership qualities by being encouraged to accept responsible leadership roles and involvement in school and community activities.
5.    Children will learn to deal with the circumstances that prohibited them from remaining with the biological family.
6.    Children will be motivated to live a life of service to God and to view their vocation as a sacred trust within the Christian stewardship concept of time, ability, influence, and         material assets.
