A Place for grace operates as  a non-profit, charitable, tax-exempt Texas corporation.   The home is overseen by a Board of Directors made up of business men and women from the surrounding communities. All gifts of money, stocks, bonds, property, or gifts-in-kind are tax deductible.

A Place for Grace was established through prayerful consideration of individuals as an outreach from the Willow Park Baptist Church. The children at A Place for Grace attend the local church and are involved in all activities provided by the church. The highest spiritual, moral, and ethical values are upheld and taught.

The home is a 4,000 square foot, two-story log cabin and is located on five wooded acres in northwest Parker County. The upstairs has three bedrooms, one bath, living area and a kitchenette with dining area. Downstairs has three bedrooms, two baths, living area, dining area, laundry room and office area. In addition the home has double two car garages, 1,000 square foot wrap around porch and a children’s playground area. The children share rooms according to age and gender. The upstairs living area is a common playroom with video games and computers.
